This workshop has been designed to hold creative and courageous space with people who have experienced abortion/s. Guided by Sneha (she/her), attendees will explore the transformative potential of love, loss, and grief as they relate to abortion experiences.
Note
Sneha is based in India, and So, I had an abortion… is based in Western Canada.
Consider the difference between PST and IST, and plan accordingly.

To acknowledge the variety and depth of feelings that come with abortion
To create a visual symbol of transition and resilience
To activare the integration of abortion experiences in ways that center healing
